What is Centralized Air Conditioning?

Of course, summer seems to the toughest duration of the year to do anything. The unbearable scorching sunlight and jarring heat waves can hurt the ability to work. Studies have shown the unbroken impact of hot weather can bring down the productivity levels by up to 20% and can impact the willingness to work by an astounding 40 to 50%. So you can equate it quite clearly, right? You can expect to see a slump in your business output if the sun is not shy and sharp above us.

But humans are a tenacious breed. We have a way around everything. The central air conditioning or the central A/C is a simple yet effective solution in which the air is cooled at a central location. The central air is distributed in the air conditioning unit by a system of ducts combined with fans. The central air conditioners, however, are not only cooling systems. The HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) system uses air and water to meet both the heating and cooling needs.

There are three types of central air conditioners –

Split Central A/C – It uses the same ductwork throughout for both heating and cooling.

Heat Pumps – They operate by pumping hot air out during the summer days, and by fetching warm air from the outside during the winters.

Packaged Central Air Conditioners – It uses the evaporator, condenser and compressor. The ducts on the exterior provide the flow of warm air into the air conditioner unit which then sends this central air through the ducts to cool the interior.

Benefits of Central Air Conditioner –

• You won’t even know it’s on – Yes!! It is that silent. It makes a soft humming sound which is not annoying. It’s perfect for home and offices.
• It won’t even have much space – A lot of cooling in very little space. It also stays out of sight.

• It’s Integrated – The same central A/C system is efficient to be used for both heating and cooling needs.

• Only Efficiency – It can cool or warm the entire home or just the rooms you want. This reduces the running and maintenance cost of HVAC.

Being environmentally responsible is equally important. The green HVAC systems can help organizations and individual users to save resources. For an expert opinion on the best HVAC solution for you, contact MG Cooling Solutions.
